Terms of Service
- Laundry Pickup and Delivery Service:
The company offers a service to pick up laundry from customers’ residences and businesses, including homes, condos, apartments, hotels, and offices. Pickup and delivery are available after 6:00 PM. Customers can drop off their laundry at any time during operating hours, and the company will collect it after 6:00 PM. - Operating Hours:
Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day and picked up after 6:00 PM.

- Laundry Turnaround Time:
Washing and delivery will be completed within 48 hours. - Warranty and Compensation for Damage:
- If damage occurs during washing, the company will compensate up to 10 times the laundry price per item, based on the judgment of garment experts and the severity of the case.
- Care Label Exception: If an item has no care label or the care label is unreadable, the company will not be responsible for any damage and no compensation will be offered.
- Responsibility Limits:
- Delays: The company is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to rain or high order volume.
- Damage During Service: If the laundry is damaged during washing, the company will compensate according to the compensation policy.
- Loss During Service: If the laundry is lost during washing, the company will compensate according to the compensation policy.
- Post-Delivery Responsibility: The company is not responsible for items once they have been delivered to the customer. This includes items getting lost, wet, dirty, or damaged after delivery.
- Issue Reporting:
- Customers must notify the company of any issues within 24 hours of delivery for any claims to be valid.

- Monthly Service Packages:
- Monthly service packages are valid for 30 days.
- Unused quota will become unavailable at the end of the 30-day period but will not expire.
- If the monthly service is renewed, the unused quota will be carried over to the next 30-day period.
- Payment Terms:
- Daily Orders: Payment must be made by 4:00 PM on the 3rd day, the day of delivery.
- Monthly Orders: If customers have enough quota from their monthly package, it will be automatically deducted. If the quota is exceeded or the customer does not have a monthly package, payment must be made by 4:00 PM on the 3rd day, the day of delivery.
